Natalie G. Cohen is an associate with the Law Firm of Hark|Yon|Marmor, PLLC, which is located in Boca Raton, Florida. She concentrates her practice to the areas of Guardianship & Incapacity Litigation, Probate Litigation, Estate Planning, Mental Health & Marchman Act proceedings.
Ms. Cohen received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to joining Hark|Yon|Marmor, PLLC, Ms. Cohen began her career as a Certified Legal Intern for the Broward County Public Defender’s Office during law school. After graduating from Nova Southeastern University Law School, she worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County. After serving as an Assistant State Attorney, she established a private practice where she concentrated on Family Law & Criminal Cases, as well as Mental Health & Substance Abuse proceedings. While in private practice, she worked with the Office of Regional Counsel handling cases involving the appointment of a Guardian, as well as Mental Health and Substance Abuse Cases.
Ms. Cohen is a member of the Florida Bar, South Palm Beach County & Palm Beach County Bar Associations, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the Italian American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before all Florida State and Federal Courts. Ms. Cohen currently serves as an Executive Board Member of the South County Florida Association of Women Lawyers and has previously served as a Guardian Ad Litem.
