Kelly M. Williams is a native south Floridian and an associate with the Law Firm of Hark|Yon|Marmor, PLLC, located in Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to joining Hark|Yon|Marmor, PLLC, Mrs. Williams received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice from Florida State University. She then went on to continue her education at Nova Southeastern University, Sheppard Broad Law Center, where she received a Juris Doctorate degree.

Mrs. Williams has now been an active member with the Florida Bar for over 13 years. In her early days as a young lawyer, Mrs. Williams mainly focused her practice in the area of Foreclosure Litigation, representing lenders in residential foreclosure actions and evictions, as well as Residential Title Litigation. After welcoming her daughter in 2014, Mrs. Williams began practicing in the area of Probate Administration and Estate Planning. Mrs. Williams brings her experience in both areas to Hark|Yon|Marmor, PLLC while expanding her expertise to include Probate Litigation, Guardianship and Guardianship Litigation.

Mrs. Williams is also a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and Broward County Bar Association.
